We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of safety and respect.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
- One-year relevant experience preferred.
