Our team of experts is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized behavior support plans.
- Implement and monitor data collection to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists to develop and implement functional communication programs.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior support strategies and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and DDI's policies on the treatment of problem behavior.
- Masters Degree in Psychology or Special Education.
- At least 1 year of experience providing behavioral support in the DD/ID field.
