Appian BPM Developer

The Appian Developer Analyst will collaborate with process owners in the Asset Management group to maintain software solutions that meet business needs. This includes software integration, customization, and support.

• Compile and clean software data for analysis of potential software solutions.
• Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy, and support enterprise-level Appian BPM workflow applications.
• Adhere to architectural and development standards for the project aligned with Appian and client best practices.
• Interact with internal customers frequently and act as a main point of contact for customer.
• Integrate existing reporting data into solutions as needed.
• Resolve complex problems or transactions, utilize expertise to interpret identified errors, and respond quickly utilizing policies, guidelines or processes.
• Assemble and deliver reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or IT-related field, or at least 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry.
• Experience in designing/maintaining BPM applications.
• Experience with relational databases management systems and Structural Query Language (SQL).
• Experience using reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Tableau, etc.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player.
• Experience utilizing strategic thinking when making decisions.
• Strong willingness and capacity to learn company processes.
• Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment under time constraints.

The base salary range for this position is ($80,000 - $100,000), inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience.
