Job Title: Branch Manager - Tysons Branch

Trustar Bank is a community bank serving the greater metropolitan Washington DC area. Our mission is to provide personalized banking solutions and top-notch service to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Tysons Branch.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch team, ensuring high-quality customer service, and overseeing branch sales, service, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Bank to customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service.
  • Conduct outside sales calls and meetings to develop new business clients and increase deposits and loans.
  • Establish the Trustar Bank brand in the market and leverage centers of influence.
  • Attend networking events to develop business leads.
  • Partner with lending officers to analyze customer deposit relationships and joint calls.
  • Manage the branch, including sales, service, operations, and staffing, with a focus on sales.
  • Responsible for cross-selling bank products and services to deepen existing client relationships.
  • Coach and mentor the branch team to master sales and service skills and complete performance reviews.
  • Assist with various administrative daily and monthly activities to ensure the branch complies with all Bank policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five to seven years of banking experience, including customer service, teller training, and new accounts training.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have a professional image.
  • Ability to remain calm and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

Continuous daily contact with customers and the public performing recurring tasks. Close daily contact with peers, manager, and other bank employees. Work schedules may include evening and Saturday hours. Professional environment.
