About the Role

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is a key sales leadership position responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to a designated number of high-value accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the facilities services industry and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key customer management and stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular business reviews and updates to clients, highlighting opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant sales and business development experience, with a strong track record of success in the facilities services industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the facilities services industry, including services such as janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical, landscape and turf, and mission critical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and other external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
