Seed Laboratory Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Seed Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at American Takii Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in seed physiology and physical purity testing to lead our seed lab operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of seed testing, including planning, directing, and coordinating activities with various departments. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate inventory, and work closely with colleagues to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Oversee seed testing activities and collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless operations.
• Plan and direct all aspects of seed testing within the seed lab.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely procurement of lab supplies.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to management.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Plant Science or related field.
• Registered Seed Technologist (RST) certification.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in seed physiology and physical purity lab.
• Strong leadership skills, data analysis, and supply chain management abilities.
