About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and advocating the development of Made to Measure services to Zegna customers through a personalized experience. This involves collaborating with the Made to Measure team to drive business growth, maximize sales revenue, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase MTM sales and revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with store teams to deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Manage and lead MTM/VIP events and trunk shows
  • Provide styling advice and recommendations to customers

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in providing MTM-related services
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury products and brands

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000-$130,000 annually, with bonus potential based on performance.
