About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and advocating the development of Made to Measure services to Zegna customers through a personalized experience. This involves collaborating with the Made to Measure team to drive business growth, maximize sales revenue, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase MTM sales and revenue
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with store teams to deliver world-class customer experiences
- Manage and lead MTM/VIP events and trunk shows
- Provide styling advice and recommendations to customers
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in providing MTM-related services
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury products and brands
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000-$130,000 annually, with bonus potential based on performance.
