Senior Retail Operations Manager

As a Senior Retail Operations Manager at Giorgio Armani, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective store operations. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury retail business with organizational skills to manage the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.
You will provide input on merchandising, marketing, and client relationship strategies, and be accountable for ensuring appropriate communications are cascaded throughout the team. To succeed in this role, you must be willing to lead by example and with integrity, collaborate, be intellectually curious, strategic, lead through ambiguity and change, and results-oriented.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in similar retail management, a college or post-secondary degree, and experience with buying and merchandising. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence partners and motivate direct reports are essential. Proficiency with retail systems and office programs, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is also required.
