Job Description

Mindfully is committed to providing high-quality mental health care that is accessible, progressive, and personalized. We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team and contribute to our mission.

This position requires a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to establish and grow psychiatric services in collaboration with our integrated care team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care and a passion for delivering comprehensive mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient care with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and respect for patient dignity and rights.
  • Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies based on patient diagnoses, health history, and age.
  • Encourage positive health behaviors through education and counseling.
  • Apply standardized care guidelines in clinical practice.
  • Perform designated procedures and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Board license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a self-starter.
  • Ability to function as an effective member of an integrated healthcare team.
  • Two years of relevant clinical health experience preferred.
