Senior Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role- Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to adult and senior clients in designated geographic territories.
- Assess and develop individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or other client representatives on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary based on experience and location.
