Job Title: Medical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Medical Oncology team at Mass General Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and families, and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to adults with leukemia and other blood disorders in collaboration with attending physicians and disease center teams.
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
* Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
* Collaborate with staff and physicians to facilitate comprehensive care plans and coordinate resources.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines.

Requirements:
* Master's degree in Nursing or completion of NCCPA program.
* Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a registered NP/PA.
* Current certification as a nurse practitioner in appropriate specialty to care for adult patients.
* 2 years Advanced Practice experience preferred; prior hematology/oncology experience preferred.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
