Hope Cooperative is a highly respected, award-winning nonprofit provider of mental health and supportive housing services in Sacramento and Yolo Counties. We are seeking dynamic, committed individuals to support our team as Mental Health Crisis Responders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support to residents progressing toward independent living, including emotional support, teaching living skills, coordinating program activities, and facilitating groups and client activities.
  • Assist individuals in managing their crisis at the Crisis Respite Center, offering information, advocacy, and referrals for continued assistance and support.
About You:
  • You have experience working with individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, and you possess knowledge of Sacramento community organizations and resources.
  • Lived experience as a mental health consumer or a family member/loved one of a mental health consumer is an asset.
  • You can work overtime as requested and are able to pass clearance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and/or Department of Justice (DOJ) background screenings.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $19.01/hour.
