Job Description

As a Medical Device Sales Representative with Top Tier Reps LLC, you will be responsible for selling medical equipment to hospitals, health systems, doctor's offices, and clinics. Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with medical staff and educate them on the benefits of our medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profits and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide product demonstrations, support, and training to ensure effective use of medical devices.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive strategy planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
