We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at Lenox Roofing Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop a competitive sales strategy.
- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals.
- Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/revenue-generating activities.
- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points.
- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel.
- Closing the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects.
- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends.
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
- Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information.
- A consistent top performer in sales.
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required.
- You are an organized, detail, and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team's goals.
- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience.
