A Registered Nurse is sought for our team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our medical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the Role
We are committed to delivering compassionate and personalized care to our patients. As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, develop effective care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying any potential risks or complications.
- Care Planning: Develop individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and preferences.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and effectively, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions or interactions.
- Education and Support: Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A current Florida RN license and BLS certification are required. Prior experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
