Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in providing a high level of satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming residents, prospects, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Handling packages and mail with care and efficiency
  • Answering phones with courtesy and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Preparing for self-guided tours and proactively addressing customer needs
  • Providing resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support
  • Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas
  • Vigilantly monitoring security systems for a secure environment
