Job Title: Loan Officer AssociateThe Loan Officer Associate role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to develop their skills and knowledge in the mortgage industry. As a Loan Officer Associate, you will assist loan officers while learning the ins and outs of lending, including understanding different types of loans, assessing creditworthiness, and navigating the loan approval process.
Your Responsibilities- Participate in formal training programs provided by Lennar Homes to learn about lending and mortgage operations.
- Support and coordinate with loan officers, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders and realtors through participation in local marketing campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring borrowers can easily reach out through various channels and receive prompt responses.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Mortgage or banking experience is highly desired, but not necessary.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features, benefits, and value.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for occasional travel to communities.
