Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Facilitator to join our team as a Learning Experience Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who creates engaging experiences for adult learners and is motivated to make an impact through mission-driven work.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and facilitating learning experiences for internal and external audiences in various modalities, including in-person workshops, live-online sessions, and synchronous online instructor-led courses. They will manage all aspects of a live learning experience, from recruiting member facilitators to managing program details and providing evaluation and feedback.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Foster engaged cohorts to support learning, collaboration, and networking among participants.
- Manage attendance and other related records, conduct evaluations to identify areas for improvement, and develop a facilitator certification program for members who want to train others in the profession.
- Conduct facilitator audits to monitor the quality of learning experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in facilitating learning experiences for adult learners.
- Prior local government experience and expertise in leadership training programs are preferred.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are also a plus.
- Advanced degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or Instructional Design.
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong working knowledge of multimedia platforms and training delivery methods.
- A competitive salary ranging between $76,911 and $96,138, based on experience level.
