We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Designee to join our team at Mozaic Senior Life. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, planning, and coordinating services activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in providing resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and coordinate services activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel
- Oversee the overall medication delivery system and coordinate in-service training for the department
- Interpret and monitor compliance with policy and regulations to all nursing staff
- Provide relief in the absence of the SALSA and on-call as needed
- Follow-up with family concerns as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A RN license to practice in the State of CT
- Minimum 1 year experience in Assisted Living and/or Home Care
- Management experience preferred
