Seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to lead our resident care services, delivering top-notch care in a supportive work environment. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Direct and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals, ensuring residents receive safe and effective care tailored to their individual needs.
  • Develop and implement service plans, engaging residents in meaningful activities that honor their personal histories, interests, and abilities.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
  • Provide training and guidance on dementia care practices, equipping the team with the skills needed for success.
Requirements:
  • A licensed nurse (RN, LPN) with experience in community-based care, especially in dementia care.
  • A leader with prior supervisory or management experience in healthcare settings, skilled in team development.
  • An effective communicator who fosters a supportive community atmosphere.
  • A detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and adaptability.
Negotiable Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 Per Year
