Requirements
- Active RN License
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- BLS Certifications
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Interventional Radiology setting

Job Responsibilities
Interventional Radiology Nurses (RN) provide critical nursing care to the cardiac patient while assisting in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Provide education to the patient and family members
- Insert and remove intravenous lines
- Administer medication including moderate sedation
- Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures
- Oversee the safety and comfort of patient before, during, and after procedures
- Provide post-procedure monitoring
