Job Description

At Solvenow Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Transmission Line Project Director to oversee the successful completion of our transmission line projects. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in project management, engineering, communication, and problem-solving.

About the Role
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and scope.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities

The High Voltage Transmission Line Project Director will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of project communication, including stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and risk management.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and cost estimates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, including financials, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Providing regular status updates to senior management, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the high-voltage transmission line industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deal effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
