We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house team at Creative Solutions in Healthcare - West. As a PRN SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in SNF/Long-term care settings and possess current knowledge of treatment practices. A strong understanding of Net Health Electronic Documentation System is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate Residents' conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to increase client's independence and functioning
  • Provide augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems for individuals with severe expressive and/or language comprehension disorders
  • Communicate changes in resident's condition
  • Provide accurate and timely billing records and supporting clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Active/Valid Texas license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certification
  • In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
