Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver well-coordinated patient care under the oversight of the primary RN.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
Requirements
Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Temporary Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required prior to start date.
