Job Title: Financial Records Manager

A highly skilled Financial Records Manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

About the Role:
This position will be based at our client's Tempe location and requires a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience in managing financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
