Next City is seeking a visionary Chief Program Officer to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to vulnerable populations. As a critical member of our executive management team, you will guide multiple teams with comprehensive responsibilities, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support a peer workforce, promoting recovery-oriented services and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with program directors to maintain census, corporate compliance, quality improvement activities, and revenue cycle management through Medicaid billing.
  • Represent the agency as a community liaison, fostering partnerships and advancing our mission.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
  • Strong background in program operations, with expertise in Medicaid billing environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in EHR/Microsoft Office.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work outside of traditional business hours, with willingness to carry on-call and provide crisis assistance.
