We are seeking an experienced Optician to join our team at Vision Source Magnolia. As an Eyewear Specialist, you will play a key role in helping customers choose eyewear and accessories that perfectly suit their style and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Assist patients with frame and lens selections, conduct accurate and thorough eyewear fittings and adjustments, and educate patients on lens options, frames, and other optical products.">
• Educate Patients: Stay updated on industry trends and products through ongoing training and education, ensuring that patients receive the best possible advice on product care.">
• Process Orders: Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the optical team to achieve sales goals and targets.">

    • High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of 3 years of experience in optical products, eyewear, and contact lenses.">
    • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the drive to help the practice grow and advance into a management position.">

Salary: Starting salary: $17.00 per hour, with potential for a review after 3 months. Production bonus eligibility after 3 months, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, health allowance, learning opportunities, and work-life balance.

Location: At our Vision Source Magnolia clinic, we're closed on Saturdays and Sundays, allowing you to enjoy weekends off.
