Job OverviewThe Learning Experience #147 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom, modeling behaviors and providing constructive feedback.
  • Develop and implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with their unique needs.
  • Build strong relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
