About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist with a pediatric focus to join our team at Family Counseling Associates. As a member of our clinical staff, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adolescents, and provide high-quality psychological services in a supportive and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric populations
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active licensure in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a pediatric setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
