Grind Set Up Specialist

GS Precision Inc is seeking a skilled Grind Set Up Operator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and experience with CNC Grind Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC Grind Machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Change and replace wheels and diamonds as required to ensure parts are produced within specifications.
- Perform wheel dressing and change tasks in accordance with work instructions and SOPs.
- Assist in training other operators in the area.
- Diagnose and correct machining problems to ensure required tolerance is held throughout a production run.
- Inspect parts as produced to ensure compliance with requirements using measuring equipment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years' experience in machining.
- Ability to use all required measurement and inspection equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Basic understanding of company-wide manufacturing processes.
