As a Behavioral Therapist - Intervention Development Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing and implementing impactful interventions that drive meaningful outcomes.

Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Behavioral Therapist to lead the development of behavior programs and mentor staff to achieve success for our clients. Collaboration with families is central to this position, ensuring that treatment goals align with family needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) to address client needs.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and program revisions, driving continuous improvement.
• Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality support for our clients.
• Engage with caregivers to develop treatment goals that reflect family values and priorities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Advanced education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
