About the Role: Jobot is seeking an expert Sr. Yardi Voyager Developer to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Sr. Yardi Voyager Developer, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's mission and vision by developing custom reports and solutions for our clients. This position requires exceptional technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex custom Yardi reports, including YSR Reports, SQL scripts, and SSRS reports, to meet our clients' evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement development specifications and proposals that align with our business goals.
  • Document data, workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs to ensure seamless integration and scalability.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality, helping them maximize its potential.
  • Drive multiple development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, software partners, and clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in systems and technologies that impact our clients, continuously seeking growth opportunities to enhance their success.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, design scalable solutions, and communicate recommendations for existing process changes in a tactful and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Yardi custom report development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with Transact SQL and ability to develop efficient database queries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, computer science, or a related field of study.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications.
