As a Regional Sales Manager for the North Mid Central territory, you will be responsible for working with our distributor base, developing and growing small, medium, and large size end-user fleet business, and cultivating and marketing directly to leasing companies, OEMs, and regional lease companies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Expand existing sales, develop new sales, and build an account portfolio in the North Mid Central territory, which includes CO, KS, MO, NE, IA, WI, SD, ND, and MN.
  • Grow leasing companies, fleets, and trailer business.
  • Grow business with Body OEMs.
  • Direct, develop, and execute sales plans and strategies to attain better profitability and level of service throughout the territory.
  • Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients with or without our demo trucks.
  • Generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Assist with determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • Manage regional meetings/associations.
  • Attend meetings with vendors/suppliers.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business to Business (B2B) Sales.
  • Prior work experience in truck equipment or truck sales experience, preferred.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services.
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
  • Experience communicating with customers verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with others and building teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be resourceful with minimal supervision.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and influencing others to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and generating reports.
  • Ability to travel to various states within the U.S. to meet with customers and participate in trade shows.
