Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify project requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology required; Master's degree with a Geotechnical Engineering focus strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience is required, preferably in highway, bridge, and heavy civil project-related geotechnical engineering.
  • At least one year of project management experience is necessary.
  • PE and/or LG license required.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Valid driver's license required.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $89,300 - $120,800 annually, based on education and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for our annual year-end bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.

We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k) with company match, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, paid vacation and sick time, and paid holidays.
