Responsibilities: As a BCBA Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB and insurance guidelines
  • Providing direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists in the pod
  • Ensuring quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours and maintaining productivity expectations
  • Providing monthly supervision to all RBT's and/or BCATs on their pod, completing paperwork and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences
  • Monitoring and updating programming aspects of each client's clinical case, and updating the team accordingly
  • Organizing and analyzing data for progress report writing
  • Meeting with ABA Site Manager to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours
  • Participating in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader
  • Participating in and/or leading department meetings
  • Participating in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload
  • Prioritizing and assisting in the implementation of safety initiatives
  • Living Cortica's core values, leading by example for other teammates

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A master's degree in a Human Services or related field
  • A current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs
  • Working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism
  • Some field work experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families
  • Skills in using software and systems including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information

Compensation and Benefits: Cortica offers a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, and a base pay range of $70/hour - $80/hour. The base pay range listed is based on a national average and subject to adjust based on your city and state of residence.
