We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Counselor Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our educational support services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.

About the Role

This is a full-time or part-time position with an onsite caseload serving K-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support and counsel to students, promoting their overall well-being and academic success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work and have relevant experience working with students in a school setting. You should also be able to pass a thorough background check and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Certification in School Counseling or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and backgrounds
