We offer a competitive salary of $63,000 per year, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Registered Dietitians. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for guiding patients, families, and facility staff on all aspects of medical nutrition therapy to create a healthy and healing environment. You will build relationships with physicians and nursing to support patient satisfaction and achieve quality care that meets each patient's nutritional needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Nutritional Assessments: Complete thorough nutritional assessments of patients and provide evidence-based interventions for both inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Patient Education: Provide education to patients, families, nursing, food service, and other facility staff on nutritional needs, using effective communication skills.
  • Documentation: Document assessment of patients' nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record.
  • Clinical Communication: Communicate with physicians and clinical staff on patients' nutritional status.
  • Therapeutic Diets: Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements.
  • Clinical Policies: Attend patient rounds and maintain clinical nutrition policies to support regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food and Nutrition or a related field.
  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) certification and licensure as required by state regulations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards.
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
