At HDR Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transmission Coordinator to join our team of Power Delivery professionals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the execution of technical design on high-voltage transmission line engineering projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing engineering drawings, calculations, analyses, reports, and designs for high-voltage transmission lines under the direction and supervision of more senior engineers and designers.
  • Conducting analyses to develop design options, perform modeling and/or calculations, and preparing design sketches and concept drawings.
  • Working with designers and CAD technicians to develop construction drawings in accordance with national design standards, safety codes, and project specifications and requirements.
  • Assisting with preparing cost estimates or specifications.
  • Participating in field reviews or construction observations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate, and strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and be committed to delivering high-quality results.
