We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis center team in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Patient Care Specialist in Nephrology, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease.

About this role:

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, rotating Saturday and holiday shifts, with Sundays off. You will be working with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment, providing care to patients who often deal with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and nursing skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and their families. Requirements:
  • An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N)
  • 1+ years of experience in nephrology or critical care nursing
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred
Benefits:

DaVita offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out, and more.
