Dynamic Physical Therapist Role in Springfield, MO

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for a dynamic travel opportunity in Springfield, MO.
About the OpportunityThis 13-week assignment offers a chance to work with a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing individualized plans of care that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and develop effective treatment plans accordingly.
- Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of therapy services.
- Interface with medical center personnel and physicians to guarantee a collaborative plan of care.
- Utilize adaptive equipment to enhance patient mobility and independence.
- Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and insurance guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of experience as a Physical Therapist. A valid BLS certification is also mandatory. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and BenefitsThis exciting opportunity comes with a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week and 8 hours of shift duration.
