Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arborist/Estimator to join our team at Trees For Needs Inc. in north Phoenix. As a Customer Experience Arborist and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and executing comprehensive plans for clients, and driving business growth through consultative sales approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Use expert knowledge to develop and execute comprehensive plans for clients, including pruning, removals, PHC, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Drive business growth through consultative sales approaches, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Maintain arborist certification through continuing education credits and stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals, maintain a positive work environment, and contribute to process improvements.


Requirements

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships, being personable and building trust with clients.
  • Driven by a high work ethic, continuing education, and a desire to succeed both personally and financially.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
