We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Director to join our team at Coastal Debt Resolve.

As a Senior Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, including driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our company.

This role will direct and oversee the marketing activities of Coastal Debt Resolve, working closely with other departments to ensure the developed approach is integrated to achieving our objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy that aligns with Coastal Debt Resolve's goals and drives business growth. Oversee the implementation of marketing plans and ensure all campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Create a strong brand positioning that differentiates our company from others in the market. Ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Develop and implement strategies that attract new customers. Design initiatives for customer retention and encourage loyalty.
  • Lead Coastal Debt Resolve's online presence through digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing. Leverage digital tools and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the landscape and identify opportunities. Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify strategic adjustments needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing, brand management, and client acquisition.

  • Annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
