Photography Department Coordinator

Boston University's Creative Services department seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Associate Creative Director, Photography with daily operational, logistical, and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will propel photo projects forward using project management and communication skills, collaborating with designers, account executives, and project managers to ensure successful integration of photography within Creative Services projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing and curating images, making creative judgments, and protecting the University's brand reputation. The successful candidate will also act as the primary contact for photography-only requests, collaborate with the Account Executive team, and manage the digital and physical photography archives.

Required Skills:

  • B.S./B.A. preferred
  • Three to five years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Attention to detail and efficiency
  • Solid technical background with understanding of photography
  • Experience with digital asset management systems preferred
