We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This exciting full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role:

  • We engage with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles.
  • The primary responsibilities include communicating with incoming customers, appraising vehicles, managing Auto Trader leads, and updating our CRM tool.
  • You will also be responsible for offering test drives to prospects, utilizing our follow-up system, and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • We value sales training and encourage ongoing professional development to achieve dealership productivity standards.
  • Your role involves maintaining a prospect development system, evaluating daily actions to improve time management, and presenting a professional appearance.
  • You will also handle lease returns, manage inventory, and provide vehicle descriptions while ensuring accurate certification labels.

Key Qualifications:

  • A valid Driver's License
  • At least 2 years of previous experience
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience

Compensation Details:

A competitive salary of $50,000-$100,000 per year inclusive of commission and bonuses, plus generous benefits package.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
