Key Responsibilities
- Provide developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care to patients and their families.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Current Virginia state license as a Registered Nurse or Registered Nurse holding a valid Compact State license.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with applicable experience; BSN preferred.
- RN certification preferred.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
