Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Take orders and customize them as requested
  • Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience creating common coffee beverages and highly specialized drink orders
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Basic coffee knowledge, with advanced knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills
Work Environment

The work environment includes a fast-paced kitchen with a high sense of urgency, moderate to high noise level, and exposure to soap and cleaning solutions. The physical demands of the job include constant use of hands, frequent standing, walking, bending, and twisting, and occasional lifting and carrying of items weighing up to 20 pounds.
