Civil Engineering Project Manager

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in project management. We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of overseeing complex civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Benefits:
