Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide direct support to individuals with psychiatric conditions in a residential group living environment. Your role will involve administering medication, implementing treatment plans, and assisting with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans and assist with daily living activities
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the program
