Job Title: Staff Accountant

Petrolink Energy, LLC is a leading midstream gathering, processing, and treating company with a vast network of pipelines across eastern Oklahoma. The company is seeking a skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join its accounting team.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible for various tasks, including accounts payable, account reconciliations, and assisting with revenue reporting. The role will also involve working closely with the accounting team, operations, and management to improve and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform weekly check and ACH reporting
  • Communicate with customers and vendors
  • Support month-end close processes
  • Prepare account analysis and reconciliations
  • Support 1099 reporting and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist with financial tasks, including reporting and account programs
  • Work closely with the accounting team to improve and streamline processes
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Accounting experience in the energy industry is a plus
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • A solid understanding of accounting processes and GAAP
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with coworkers and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy is a must
