Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at 347 Group, Inc. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with construction industry experience.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will assist and support the regional procurement department in tracking reports and analytics, maintaining existing supplier agreements, and ensuring valid data is current for existing suppliers. Additionally, they will work closely with the legal department to initiate contracts and agreements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, and possess strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Track and report key functional metrics from various systems
  • Maintain existing supplier agreements, including tracking expirations of master agreements
  • Assist with new supplier registration and ensure valid data is current for existing suppliers
  • Work closely with the legal department to initiate contracts and agreements
  • Perform purchasing activities supporting the region

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School graduate or GED
  • 3 years plus of construction industry experience
  • Detailed oriented, well organized with strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effective plan, organize, and prioritize
  • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
